We are pleased to announce that on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, Walters Renwick Richards Skeens & Vaughan, P.C. will be speaking at the Fourth Annual John Shamberg Memorial CLE, presented by the Johnson County Bar Foundation.

The topic of the program is “Access to Justice for Consumers.”  At 4:00 pm, WRRSV shareholders  David Skeens and Karen Renwick will give a presentation entitled “Consumers: Are They a Class Act?”

These top-tier trial attorneys will be informing attendees about the latest trends in the area of class action suits when the Plaintiff class is made up of consumers.  In addition to the firm’s Second Mortgage cases, among many other notable representations, WRRSV will discuss recent opinions from Kansas courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
