Congratulations are once again in order! WRRSV shareholder David Skeens has been selected to serve on not only the 2016 Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Foundation’s Board of Directors, but the 2016 Kansas City Bar Association’s Board of Directors as well. David is serving as Vice President of the Bar Foundation and is also a Member-at-Large of the KCMBA.
