Gilmor Preferred Credit Trusts Settlement

WRRSV is please to announce a $3,500,000 class action settlement in Gilmor, et al. v. Preferred Credit Corporation, et al., Case No.  4:10-cv-00189-ODS. The Preferred Trusts and Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage have agreed to pay $3,500,000 to settle the claims of 91 class members who obtained 51 loans that were assigned and sold to the Preferred Trusts and Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage.  Class Members who do not opt out of the Settlement will be entitled to a substantial settlement payment under the Settlement.  The estimated settlement payments range from a low of $6,609.99 to a high of $117,507.36, with an average of $38,193.38.
