WRRSV is pleased to announce that a nationwide class of loan originators employed with Wintrust Mortgage has been conditionally certified in Sylvester v. Wintrust Financial Corporation, et al. Beginning October 22, 2013, notices approved by the Northern District of Illinois are being sent to current and former loan originators employed by Wintrust to inform them of their right to participate.
