“I value the people I work with most.  We have a great group of attorneys and staff who work well together and do a great job with our clients.”

For class action cases, success often lies in the details. With her technical knowledge of databases, Christi Gumbs plays a key role in helping our attorneys secure life-changing verdicts for our clients.

The daughter of an army officer, Christi took the long route to Kansas City and Walters Renwick Richards Skeens & Vaughan, P.C. She lived in California, Alabama, South Carolina, Colorado, Virginia, Missouri and even Hawaii and Germany  before her family finally settled in Manhattan, Kansas. After earning her degree from Kansas State University and working for a few years in Manhattan, she moved to Kansas City and joined WRRSV in 2007.

As legal assistant to Fred Walters and Kip Richards, Christi works primarily on complex commercial class action cases and class actions involving second mortgages.

Outside of the office and when she’s not spending time with her family, Christi is a consummate cake decorator.
